1. All Sales Are Final (For Safety Reasons)
Due to the nature of our products—including psychedelics, live resin, mushroom edibles, and other consumables—we cannot accept returns of opened or unopened items. This ensures the safety, quality, and integrity of our inventory.
2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will gladly resolve the issue.
You may qualify for a free reship or store credit if:
The product was damaged during transit
The product received is not what you ordered
The package arrived with missing items
The item is defective or compromised
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video of the issue, and our support team will assist you immediately.
3. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost in transit or never arrives, we may offer:
A free reship, or
Store credit, depending on your location and shipping method
To qualify, the tracking must show:
No delivery event, or
A shipping error not caused by the customer
If tracking shows the package was delivered to the correct address, we cannot issue refunds or reships unless verified evidence of loss is provided.
4. Wrong Address or Customer Error
If you enter an incorrect shipping address or fail to receive your package due to customer error, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund or free reship.
However, contact our support team—we may offer discounted reship options depending on the situation.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, as we pack and ship items quickly.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.
6. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only provided in the following specific cases:
A duplicate payment or accidental double charge
A verified error on our end that prevents order fulfillment
A cancellation requested within the allowed 1-hour window
Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days.

If approved, reships will be sent:
